Family member of  Trux, Inc. since  1980,   overseeing our clients being legal in  the scope of  FMCSA  operating authority,  U.S. DOT applications and compliance  with various D.O.T. regulations.  She is also proficient with SCAC code when needed, and the “lesser” Federal hazmat permit.  For new carriers, Monta  processes the applications, fee payments and all necessary paperwork to be certain the new carrier is in compliance with the FMCSA, U.S. DOT, IFTA Fuel Permit, UCR Registration, BOC-3 (Agents to accept  Legal Service in all 48 states), Kentucky KYU Number, New York  HUT  Permit, New Mexico W.D. Permit,  and Oregon DOT (if needed).  She will also counsel with new carriers concerning Driver Regulations, and DOT Audits.  She will also handle updates for the U.S. DOT Number (every 2 years) as they become due.
